We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will wrap your goods according to our precise and precise specifications. Before shipping your items will be carefully inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers daily across different countries. This is an indication of our determination to become the largest online retailer worldwide. Warehouses and distribution centres can be located in Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipping, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you have ordered. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
